All cancelations and reschedules must be made 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancelations or reschedules after 48 hours. 100% will be charged for no-shows.

No refunds will be made. If you are unhappy with your hair please notify Marissa within 10 days. She will do her best to accomidate you and your needs.

All new clients are required to leave a non-refundable deposit, that will be deducted from your service total.
